 Visitation Cemetery on Memorial Day, 2000


           VISITATION CEMETERY is located one mile north of the Visitation Catholic
Church near the end of  Visitation Road.  The  two-acre cemetery is operated under
the auspices of the Visitation Cemetery Committee.  Capital outlay and operating
expenses are covered by the sale of plots, donations, and interest received from
the Visitation Cemetery Endowment Fund.  The committee kindly accepts
tax-deductible donations sent to the above address.  Please remember the cemetery
in your will or trust.

              An open air mass is celebrated in our cemetery every Memorial Day.
 Since many local families have multiple generations buried in Visitation Cemetery, it
should come as no surprise that this mass is well attended.

      When visiting our cemetery, please remember that glass containers are not
allowed at any time.  Plastic flowers are allowed only during the months of October
through March, and please no unauthorized vehicles on the cemetery grounds.
