Reconciliation
The Catholic Sacrament of Reconciliation (also known as the Sacrament of Penance, or Penance and Reconciliation) has three elements: conversion, confession and celebration. In it we find God's unconditional forgiveness, and as a result we are called to forgive others.
First Reconciliation will be Monday, February 22, 2010
Sister Anne Vandecovering and Sister Agnes Marie Vandecovering prepare children for their first Reconciliation through the religious education classes.
The Second grade at Visitation Catholic School also prepare in class to make their first reconciliation.
Confessions are heard by Father Scott Vandehey at Verboort every Saturday afternoon at 4:30pm or by appointment.
