Get ready for the 92nd Verboort Sausage & Kraut Festival, returning Saturday, November 7, 2026, for a one-day celebration in Verboort, Oregon.
Bring your appetite for our famous all-you-can-eat sausage and kraut dinner, or take home bulk sausage and kraut to create your own festival feast. Don't miss our one-of-a-kind Bazaar, filled with vintage jewelry, plants, handmade holiday décor, potholders & quilts, and homemade baked goods and jams.
There's fun for the whole family, including kids' activities, family bingo, festival merchandise, and plenty of photo opportunities. Guests 21 and older can relax in the beer garden with beer, wine, cider, sausage and kraut, and college football on the big screens.
Come celebrate the community spirit of nearly 850 volunteers and discover why the Verboort Sausage & Kraut Festival is always worth marking on your calendar—the first Saturday in November.

Attending the festival is free. Dinner is served two ways at separate locations with separate lines: all-you-can-eat in the dining hall, or a single to-go meal from drive-thru and walk-up.

Drive-thru, walk-up, and the dining hall each have their own ticket line in a different part of the festival. Lines are not interchangeable — make sure you are in the right one before you wait.

Take home smoked Verboort sausage. You can select from three different sizes — all the same sausage! The bulk sausage line opens early — quantities are limited and sell out each year.

- Marketplace Hours
The Marketplace — also known as the "Bazaar" — has something for everyone. Our volunteers spend all year creating homemade items including baby blankets, aprons, quilts, potholders, wooden toys, cribbage boards, Christmas ornaments, décor, wreaths, and more. We also feature homemade baked goods, candy, jams, and jellies. You may find treasures at the vintage jewelry booth or plant sale. A long-time favorite is the potholder booth — stop by to find out what makes it special! Hosted by our Altar Society and Parent's Club.
Booths include Baked Goods, Candy Booth, Dutch Items, Retro Jewelry, Plant Sales and more.

Relax with food and drinks in the beer garden. Sports games run on projector screens, and if you still have Oktoberfest fever this is not a bad place to be. Valid ID required — guests must be 21 or older.

Games and activities for children are spread across the festival — at bingo, the marketplace, and kid games on the marketplace stage. Festival entry is free for families.

The sausage (beef, pork, and seasonings), kraut (cabbage and salt), green beans (beans, pepper and sausage drippings) and mashed potatoes (without gravy) are gluten free. The rest of the meal contains gluten.
Sales start at 9am. You can arrive earlier to get in line and enjoy the experience of meeting other guests.
If we have sausage and/or kraut left after the dinner, we will host a post dinner sale in the parish center on Monday, November 9, 2026. Watch social media for updates.
All booths accept cash and checks. Many booths (but not all) also accept credit cards. We also have a processing fee for all card transactions of 2.7% + $0.05 per transaction. There will be several ATM's on-site.
Dinner Tickets will be available onsite at the Ticket Booth on November 7, starting at 9am. We will not be selling tickets online.
We have plenty of accessible parking spaces. Most of our parking is in a grass field, which may become muddy during inclement weather. Please keep this in mind when deciding what you'll be driving to come visit us.

The Marketplace — also known as the "Bazaar" — opens at 9am. The dinners to go drive-through opens at 11am. It is difficult to confirm how long it takes but it tends to be the busiest when it opens and later in the day. We do offer a walk-up option for dinners to go.

No, we do not ship. Bulk sausage is sold exclusively on the day of the Festival and is available while supplies last. If any remains after that day, updates regarding additional sales will be provided on social media.
No, we do not take pre-orders. We sell on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of our Festival.
No. Bulk sausage and sauerkraut are only available for purchase at bulk sausage and sauerkraut sales area, which open at 9am on the day of the festival and remain open until sold out. On the event day, the chat feature on the app or website can provide updates regarding line length and product availability.
Accessible parking is available near the lines. Individuals who are unable to attend or walk up often have family members or friends do their bulk shopping for them. If sausage or kraut is still available after the dinner, sales will take place in the parish center on Monday, November 9, 2026. The parish center is accessible.
We advise against bringing recreational vehicles, as parking is limited and we accommodate several buses from various retirement communities. Located in a rural area, our available parking is situated in a field that may become muddy during inclement weather. Please note that overnight parking is not permitted.
